An enquiry is not an order. You can change or cancel it at any time before your order is confirmed — just get in touch.

Snack boxes contain perishable food and personalised gifts, which may not be returnable once delivered for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or past its best-before date, contact us as soon as possible with details and photos and we’ll put it right.
